sorry it's taken a while to reply, i've been traveling. :]
to replace or remove the picture of bella and edward, all you need to do is find this part of the code... [it doesn't actually have spaces]
< center > < img src = " http:// cbimg9.com /layouts/08/06/28315ad.jpg " > < / center >

either delete that to remove the image, or replace the link with a link to your image.
